  • Cuban music is the most popularly known expression of Cuban culture outside the country. The music scene in the country ranges from classical to reggae to rap.
  • Due to earlier ties with the United States, many sports that are popular in Cuba are more in line with those that are played in the US than in other Caribbean nations. Baseball is, by far, the most important sport in Cuba.
