How do I log in?
You'll find the Login at the top right hand corner of the website.
I forgot my username or password.
No worries! Just visit the login page and click on “Forgot Password" and you'll be guided to reset it by SMS (text message) or email.
Can I change my password?
Sure... Just log in and click “Profile” in your account. You can change your password under the "Personal Info" tab.
Can I change my email address?
Yes. It's just as easy as changing your password. Just log in and hit “Profile”. Change your email address under the "Personal Info" tab and hit save.
Can I change my PIN?
No, sorry. We track all your usage with the PINs so they are not able to be changed.
Where can I opt out of getting SMS messages?
Log in to your account and hit “Profile” at the top. Then click on the “Notifications” tab. Here you can update your contact preferences.
How do I remove from my account the telephone numbers that are no longer available?
Just log in to your account and go to “Profile"- the "Your Phones" tab, then hit the red 'X' next to the outdated phone number you want to remove.
What if I want to buy the service/calling cards for someone else - mom, friend - do I have to fill in my data or theirs?
You should fill in the data that matches the credit card used to purchase our prepaid services.
